Role Brief
The Product Design Associate supports Naluri’s product vision by creating intuitive, responsive, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role is suited for an early-career designer eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. Working under the guidance of senior designers and in close collaboration with product managers and engineers, the Product Design Associate will gain exposure to the full product design lifecycle - from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Design Execution
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Naluri’s SaaS platforms (web, iOS, and Android).
- Develop designs for both Naluri-owned products and external client platforms, supporting integration of Naluri’s services into client systems.
- Contribute to the design system and ensure consistency across platforms.
User-Centered Problem Solving
- Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
- Translate findings into clear design recommendations and improvements.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to move features from concept to launch.
- Support smooth design handoff and implementation with front-end developers.
Iteration & Growth
- Rapidly test and refine design solutions based on feedback and data.
- Participate in design reviews and actively contribute to Naluri’s design culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in product, UI/UX, or interaction design (internships and project work are also considered).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (or equivalent).
- Strong eye for detail with an understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a startup environment.
- Bonus: Skills in illustration, motion design, or experience in health-tech.
