Job Summary/ About the Role

We are expanding our Client Strategy Operations (CS-Ops) team and seeking a Associate who is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about driving operational excellence.

This role is crucial in supporting our Client Strategy (CS) team by building efficient processes, automating workflows, and providing data-driven insights that empower our client-facing teams to focus on strategic relationship-building as well as renewals and upsells with our corporate clients.

This role will mainly be project based and you will work closely with the your manager to:

  • Maintain newly built processes and workflows and suggest improvements
  • Assist in building templates, dashboards, and workflows that improve the CS team's efficiency and deliverable quality
  • Centralize, organize, and maintain key client information and data repositories
  • Support cross-department collaboration between CS and other internal teams (marketing, finance, coaching, business development).
  • Generate insightful reports and recommendations based on the current client pool’s overall engagement and health outcomes data by client industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects on optimising client event management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Centralize and build internal documentation (guides, SOPs, data sources) for the CS team
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standardized templates for client reports, and client proposal decks
  • Assist in tracking and managing Google Sheets trackers and dashboards for client-related operations and commercial performance. 
  • Identify existing operational inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions to improve workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align and optimize internal information flow depending on the project.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on special projects or urgent operational needs within the CS team.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful client reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business, Analytics, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related preferred).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good data handling skills, especially with Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic scripting a plus).
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo and propose better ways of working.

Location

Hybrid - Remote and Onsite (KL main office)

Ability to travel for client events when required
