The Consultation Team mainly focuses on managing consultation sessions that include psychological therapy, counselling, dietetic consultation, fitness coaching and career coaching.

What you'll be doing:

Consultation Services Coordination

  • Member Engagement: Assist members and consultants in booking and managing consultation sessions, including finding convenient time slots and matching members with suitable consultants.
  • Consultant Support: Guide consultants on best practices, from using additional resources to ensuring a supportive environment for members.
  • Operations & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the other teams to solve any service-related issues and refine consultation processes to improve user experience.

Administrative & Data Management

  • Onboarding and Setup: Support consultant onboarding and profile setup, manage consultation resources, and update website content related to services.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on service delivery, member engagement, and performance, generating reports that inform our strategy.
  • New Initiatives: Work with the Consultation Team to experiment with innovative ways to enhance service quality and improve consultation processes.

What we’d love to have for the role include:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent 
  • Fluent communication skills in English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Passion for the health and wellness industry

Advantage (but optional):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field such as Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Nutrition, Public health, Medicine, Exercise Physiology, Health Education or similar
  • Worked in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience in project management, management trainee or operation associate role 
  • Fluent communication skills in a second language (Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin/Tamil/Bahasa Indonesia)
