Naluri seeks an experienced Head of Marketing with a proven track record in B2B marketing. This leader will drive marketing efforts across all Naluri markets, focusing on both growth and brand development. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires an ability to mentor and guide a team of 5-6 marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets across B2B segments, with a primary focus on corporate lead generation and nurturing.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives to equip the Business Development team with content marketing expertise, enabling them to engage prospects, build relationships, and drive B2B lead generation.
- Analyse performance metrics to continuously optimise marketing strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand reach.
Brand Development and Management
- Shape and strengthen Naluri’s brand positioning in the digital health space, building brand loyalty through impactful messaging and unique client experiences.
- Guide and oversee brand messaging and storytelling to ensure alignment with Naluri’s mission and values across all digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends, adapting strategies to enhance brand relevance and loyalty among corporate clients and executives.
Performance Marketing
- Lead performance marketer initiatives, including paid search, SEO, display advertising, and social media marketing, to maximise ROI and drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Implement best practices for tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to make informed adjustments and improvements.
- Leverage the latest tools and technologies in performance marketing, ensuring Naluri stays at the forefront of digital marketing trends.
Marketing Communications
- Oversee consistent and clear messaging across all communication channels, aligning with Naluri’s vision, product offerings, and brand voice.
- Lead the creation of impactful content, including blogs, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and thought leadership materials that resonate with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Identify and implement communication tools that enhance Naluri’s reach, engagement, and brand visibility across multiple markets.
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team of 5-6 members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Provide regular feedback and training opportunities to build team members’ skills, enabling them to take on increased responsibility and achieve their career goals.
- Encourage the marketing team to collaborate effectively with other departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and communication to drive overall company success.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in both B2B marketing, ideally in digital health, wellness, technology, or a similar industry.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Experience managing and guiding performance marketing campaigns (paid search, social, SEO) to lead the team and deliver measurable results.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with market dynamics across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore, including customer behaviours, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes.
- B2B Focus: Demonstrated ability to market effectively to corporate clients and executives, using strategic messaging that aligns with the business needs of decision-makers such as CHROs and CEOs.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in marketing analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and advertising platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and storytelling ability.
