What you'd be doing:
- Full sets of accounting including AP, AR, GL, Payroll etc. Basic accounting knowledge required here.
- Working very closely on B2B client invoicing, managing collections and assuring a smooth invoicing process is maintained.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., VAT, PPh)
- Familiar with Indonesian financial and tax compliance requirements
- Good communication skills are heavily emphasized as the role requires speaking to department heads, external financial institutions etc.
- Work closely with company auditors to finalize our annual financial audit.
- Work on payroll calculation for the organization. This includes statutory payroll payments
- Assist with financial due diligence and investor update requests from external parties.
- Involved in process automation projects for all Accounting and Finance matters. E.g Invoicing and payments
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
- Fresh graduates with strong internship or academic projects will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks) is a plus
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations
- Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written) to work with HQ
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working remotely or independently with regional teams
