We're looking for Clinical Psychologists to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves in Indonesia. As part of the Coaching team, you'll be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

What we need you to have for this role

Education and Professional Certification

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, and;
  • Passed the Psychologist Licensure Examination administered by, and registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Experience

  • Proven experience in providing emotional support through hotline/Careline services, including answering calls, assessing client needs, and providing appropriate interventions
  • Strong ability to build trusting relationships with clients while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Experience in assessing clients through detailed conversations and observations to determine appropriate support strategies
  • Skilled in teaching coping mechanisms and providing crisis intervention when needed
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, confidential client records
  • Professional experience in counselling, mental health support, or similar client-facing roles
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino/Tagalog (written and spoken), with proficiency in regional languages (Cebuano, Ilokano, Hiligaynon, or Bicolano) considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to identify underlying client concerns
  • Ability to collaborate with Naluri Careline Admin team to ensure continuity of care
  • Willingness and availability to work on a shift schedule

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide professional expertise and behavioural change coaching to our members with evidence-based medical and physical health ways to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self, via the Naluri digital ecosystem.
  • Provide immediate psychological support, crisis intervention, and mental health guidance to callers experiencing emotional distress, psychological emergencies, or mental health concerns through telephone or digital communication platforms.
  • Provide consultation services (including but not limited to psychotherapy or counselling) to Naluri's members through any of the following methods: Naluri in-app video call, face-to-face meetings at locations specified by Naluri, or any third-party telecommunication platform.
