What You’ll Be Doing:
Member Content Planning and Execution:
- Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, such as blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, insights, and industry trends to inform content strategy.
- Ensure timely and consistent delivery of member-facing content while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor content performance metrics and utilise feedback to continuously optimise content strategy.
Webinar Hosting and Management:
- Organise and host webinars to educate and engage members on relevant industry topics.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to develop webinar content and presentations.
- Manage all aspects of webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, registration, and technical setup.
- Ensure seamless execution of webinars, addressing participant queries, and facilitating interactive sessions.
EDM Writing and Distribution:
- Craft compelling and persuasive copy for electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns targeted at members.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing EDM templates that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage the EDM distribution process, including list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyse EDM performance metrics to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
Custom Client Communication and Copywriting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for custom client communication requests.
- Write persuasive and tailored communication pieces, such as emails, presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Ensure accurate and consistent messaging across all client communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for client communications.
Article Writing and Publication:
- Create engaging and informative articles on relevant industry topics for both online and offline publications.
- Conduct research to gather insights and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Write compelling articles that showcase thought leadership, expertise, and value for our target audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Additional languages will be an advantage.
- A critical thinker and problem solver, with high attention to detail.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in planning and executing a range of member-facing content calendars.
- Conversant with digital media and up-to-date with the current marketing trends.
- Project management experience, Figma software, SendGrid and/or a similar EDM automation platform, Hubspot and/or any CMS platform knowledge is preferred.
- Team player and excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
