What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with Leaders: Work closely with the Leadership Team to define and drive key People strategies across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, and People Operations.
- Building Bold Initiatives: Lead and implement creative, people-focused initiatives that align with Naluri’s growth and evolving needs, including employer branding efforts to make Naluri an even better place to work.
- Driving Development: Champion a culture of learning by designing and rolling out development programmes that empower employees to grow and reach their potential while ensuring key talent is ready for succession.
- Shaping Employee Experiences: Develop and execute strategies to engage and connect employees across the region, ensuring a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Owning the Employee Journey: Oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—to deliver efficient and delightful experiences at every stage.
- Being a Trusted Partner: Support team leads with workforce planning and act as an advisor across all people and culture matters, fostering a positive employee experience and driving performance excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re not checking boxes here. Sure, having some HR experience helps, but what we care about most is you. If this sounds like you, let’s talk:
- You have around 4 years of experience in people operations, leadership, or a related field. While a traditional HR background is not required, a solid understanding of basic HR principles—like employee lifecycle management, compliance, and workforce planning—will help you hit the ground running.
- Change doesn’t scare you—in fact, you thrive in it. You’re adaptable and love coming up with fresh ideas.
- You’re a people-first thinker who’s creative, flexible, and not afraid to reimagine how things could be.
- You have a solid understanding of local labour regulations (or are ready to learn fast).
- You’ve got strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural relationship builder and love working across teams.
