We're looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you'll be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.
What we’d love to have for the role includes:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed and registered clinical psychologist
- Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/mental health sector
- Ability to speak English and Indonesian fluently
What you'll be doing:
- Answering calls for emotional support.
- Assessing clients through detailed conversations, exploration, and observations to determine the appropriate intervention.
- Assisting clients with healthy coping strategies.
- Building relationships based on trust and respect with clients, while upholding confidentiality of records and information.
- Liaising with Naluri team to ensure continuity of care when necessary.
- Supporting and handling crisis cases.
- Working based on shifts.
