What you'll be doing:
- Be a friendly first point of contact with turn around time within 15 minutes- 1 hour to handle and resolve members’ queries
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situation, be it onsite or online
- Deliver excellent customer service through our communication channels (chat platform, email system & onsite events)
- Excited to work with digital software technology
- Able to work on shift basis especially out of usual working hours, and doing overnight events (on a need basis)
- Able to commute throughout Malaysia & handle heavy items for logistics

We want you to have:
- Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in any
- Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (for KL-based part-timer)/ Bahasa Indonesia (for JKT-based part-timer)
- Priority will be given to applicants that are located at KL area or Jabodetabek (Greater Jakarta)
- Are willing to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment
- Able to commit and work on shift for 24 hours 7 days environment
