About the role:
The Senior Business Development Associate will execute the business development initiatives and plans set out by their respective teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Business Development Initiatives - Identify sales leads, pitch Naluri’s services to new clients. Follow up on new business opportunities, staying close to client leads to convert deals.
- Drive execution of BD initiatives - Thought partner to BDM(s), Head(s) of BD, proficient task executor in creating pitches, and supporting the team via groundwork.
- Independently run meetings - BD Associates are expected to lead / run client meetings independently, and pull support from the team when necessary
What a successful BD Associate looks like:
- 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Experience using a CRM tool to manage the sales process and pipeline
- Successful track record with strong individual target achievement
- Comfortable conversing in fluent English
- Outstanding ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders across the business
