What you'll be doing:



  • Be a friendly first point of contact to handle and resolve members’ queries.
  • Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through our communication channels (Naluri Assistant chat, phone, message and email)
  • Able to work on a shift basis.
