Job Details
- Position: Client Strategy Associate
- Location: Hybrid (2 to 3 days WFO) – Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley
- Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 7,000/month
- Type: Full-time
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale B2B health programmes in line with client milestones.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with corporate clients, serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product & Engineering, Ops, Business Development) to deliver seamless, impactful solutions
- Proactively identify blockers, take initiative to resolve challenges, and move projects forward with urgency and ownership
- Track, analyse and report programme performance and health outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders
- Co-create strategies to improve user engagement, participation and overall programme success
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in project management, consulting, management trainee or client/account management roles
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and nurture strong professional relationships
- Highly organized, comfortable working with ambiguity and deadlines
- A strong bias to action, with a passion for driving meaningful change and results
- Bonus if you’ve worked in healthcare, digital health or B2B SaaS
