Role & Responsibilities:


  1. Define product vision, prioritize Naluri's Tech Product Roadmap and backlogs.
  2. Gatekeeper for the product vertical. Work with the stakeholders (Tech, Business Development [BD], and Operations team[Ops]) to deliver the most value to the org in the vertical that the PO is responsible for.
  3. Collaboration with stakeholders throughout product life cycle
  4. Opportunity identification
  5. Understanding the market and defining the Unique selling proposition (USPs)
  6. Product development
  7. Defining user journeys, understand the needs of the stakeholder (Naluri members, clients, org), and work with design and engineering to deliver meaningful product iterations with the consideration of localization need
  8. Continue with the next iterations as needed
  9. Go-to-market 
  10. BD - How do we package a product to serve the customer/org’s needs? (might include external partners/clients)
  11. BD/Ops - How do we launch a product to serve the customer/org’s needs?
  12. Ops - support ops to ensure scalability requirement is met and define Service Level Agreement (SLA) whenever necessary
  13. Maintenance 
  14. Ensure that bugs and breakages are addressed and prioritized accordingly
  15. Setting up key metrics as a yard-stick and regular review to ensure the product is delivering value
  16. Clear problem statement and value that is delivering
  17. Prioritized use cases based on business requirements
  18. Defined standard operating procedures (SOP)/how-tos with the stakeholders
  19. Tech and data alignment on the execution of the work
  20. Defined success metrics and reviewing data post-launch
