Key Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeper for the product vertical. Work with the stakeholders (Tech, Business Development [BD], and Operations team[Ops]) to deliver the most value to the org in the vertical that the PO is responsible for.
- Collaboration with stakeholders throughout the product life cycle
- Setting up key metrics as a yard-stick and regular review to ensure the product is delivering value
Opportunity identification
- Understanding the market and defining the Unique selling proposition (USP)
Product development
- Defining user journeys, understanding the needs of the stakeholders (Naluri members, clients, org), and working with design and engineering to deliver meaningful product iterations with the consideration of localization need
- Continue with the next iterations as needed
Go to Market
- BD - How do we package a product to serve the customer/org’s needs? (might include external partners/clients)
- BD/Ops - How do we launch a product to serve the customer/org’s needs?
- Ops - support ops to ensure scalability requirement is met and define Service Level Agreement (SLA) whenever necessary

- Ensure that journeys and breakages are addressed and prioritized accordingly
