Executive, Student Management Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive, Student Management Systems to support and optimize the university's student management systems. This role plays a key part in academic timetabling, student data management, system enhancement initiatives, and user support, while working closely with academic departments, students, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage academic timetables, venue allocation, examinations, and scheduling activities.
• Maintain and update student management system data, including programme structures, course enrolments, grading schemes, and curriculum information.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support operational and academic decision-making.
• Act as the liaison between users and IT teams for system issues, enhancements, and testing activities.
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user requests.
• Develop system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Administration, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student information systems, academic administration, system support, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) or academic management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
