Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise systems, improve business processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure systems are optimized to support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer business applications such as ERP, HRMS, ITSM, and related systems.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and projects.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Support, ERP, or Project Coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, business process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
