We’re Hiring: Program Coordinator – Faculty of Creative Arts and Design

University of Cyberjaya is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Faculty of Creative Arts and Design. Reporting to the Dean, you’ll drive the smooth implementation and execution of the assigned programme — balancing academic coordination, teaching, quality assurance, and industry engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate programme management, communication, and decision-making with lecturers and students
• Represent and promote the programme internally and externally
• Monitor student academic performance and oversee posting/industrial training supervision
• Ensure compliance with MQA, KPT, and internal QA/audit requirements
• Deliver lectures and maintain a minimum 75% student evaluation score
• Manage exam preparation, moderation, and timely assessment marking
• Build and maintain industrial partnerships
• Prepare and submit reports to the Dean promptly

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts and Design or a related field
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to manage budgets and hold fiscal responsibility
• A collaborative team player who can navigate and diffuse workplace challenges
