Job Overview :

Supporting and managing an organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology services to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer systems, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts (Onboarding and Offboarding), email systems, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and security systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and support services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software license records.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and security awareness.
• Assist in implementing IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Diploma with hands-on experience in computer systems ,networking and general IT support.
• Working experience with at least one (1) year in ICT Operations is required for this position.
