Background
The Talent Development Management Trainee will support the Talent Development team in coordinating learning and development activities across the organization. This role focuses on operational support, training logistics, and post-onboarding processes to ensure smooth execution of talent initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Training Coordination & Administration
- Manage and monitor incoming on-demand training requests.
- Maintain records of all training requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions with internal and external trainers.
2. Logistics & Event Support
- Coordinate venue bookings for training programmes.
- Arrange refreshments and basic facilities for all training sessions.
- Prepare attendance lists, sign-in sheets, and training materials when required.
3. Post-Onboarding Support
- Follow up with Heads of Department (HODs) on post-onboarding assessments for new joiners.
- Track completion of onboarding evaluations and compile status reports.
- Support the Talent Development team in improving onboarding experience.
4. General Talent Development Support
- Maintain training databases and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, slides, and simple analysis for management.
- Provide administrative support for Talent Development initiatives.
