Job Overview:
The primary objective is to manage the collection of outstanding fees—including tuition, hostel, and utility charges—while acting as a supportive counselor for families. executive provides "We Care" support by financial planning and guidance to ensure students can maintain their education without being hindered by payment difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Monitoring & Accuracy: Regularly reviewing student financial statements to ensure all records regarding outstanding debts are accurate and current.
- Proactive Collection & Follow-up: Maintaining a consistent tracking system for various fees (hostel, utility, and semester charges) and contacting students or parents to discuss payment procedures.
- Loan Support & Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the family and the institution to resolve loan-related concerns and ensuring that agreed-upon payment plans are followed.
- Policy Expertise: Providing clear, detailed information regarding the institution’s loan policies, repayment options, and the procedures for obtaining financial aid.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Detail-Oriented mindset - Required for reviewing financial statements and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication Skills - Necessary for liaising with parents, conducting workshops, and explaining complex loan policies.
- Financial Literacy - The ability to provide "affordable financial planning" and understand loan reconciliation.
