Job Overview

To support the institution’s international student recruitment efforts by assisting in the implementation of recruitment strategies and contributing towards the achievement of enrolment targets.

The role requires the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively with colleagues, clients, and management. The candidate should be capable of managing correspondence, preparing reports, and contributing to a positive and professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of international student recruitment strategies.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of new markets and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve common goals.
  • Provide support to team members in various recruitment activities.
  • Assist in conducting market research to understand international student trends and competitor strategies.
  • Contribute to the analysis of recruitment data to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in promoting the institution’s brand globally in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Support the optimisation of the international admissions process.
  • Assist in planning and participating in international recruitment events such as education fairs, conferences, and campus visits.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
  • Assist in preparing reports on recruitment outcomes and market trends.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, or Marketing).
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Multilingual abilities may be preferred or required.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to create a positive experience for others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse international audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to support team members when required.

  • Relevant educational background.
  • Relevant working experience.
  • Specific domain expertise related to international student recruitment or administration.
