| Teaching | • Conduct 18–20 credit hours of teaching per week• Deliver quality and engaging lessons and assessments• Minimize last-minute class rescheduling• Regularly review and update teaching, learning, and assessment materials• Ensure fairness and accuracy in grading and student performance evaluation |
| Administrative | • Prepare and maintain complete teaching files each semester• Submit exam papers, answer schemes, and results in a timely and accurate manner• Update student attendance records regularly and report absenteeism• Participate in administrative duties, committees, or taskforces as assigned by the management |
| Student Engagement | • Supervise student final projects that support effective and psychomotor learning outcomes• Act as an academic mentor and support student progress, ensuring regular engagement and guidance |
| External Engagement | • Participating in community outreach, open days, and marketing events to enhance the college’s visibility• Collaborate with industry partners through career talks, seminars, study tours, and curriculum input initiatives |
