Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate/postgraduate courses in OB/Leadership
- Conduct and publish high-quality research
- Update curricula to reflect emerging industry trends
- Mentor and advise students
- Collaborate with industry & community partners
- Secure external research funding
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. or DBA in OB/Leadership from an accredited institution
- Strong research pipeline & scholarly achievements
- Proven teaching excellence & service record
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Citations within the past 3 years
- Scopus-indexed publications within the past 3 years
- H-Index above 3
Preferred Competencies
- Experience in online/hybrid teaching
- Track record of securing research grants
- International academic/industry exposure (CPA, CFA, PMP, SFHEA, etc.)
- HRDC TTT certification preferred
- Ability to integrate digital transformation & emerging trends into teaching
- Strong international academic network
