Key Responsibilities

• Application Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
  • Escalate complex problems to development or vendor teams when necessary.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of ICT systems.
• Post-Go-Live Verification
  • Conduct system checks after new applications or updates go live.
  • Validate data integrity, system performance, and user accessibility.
  • Monitor error logs and system alerts to identify potential issues early.
  • Collect feedback from end-users to ensure functionality meets business needs.
• User Assistance
  • Guide users on application usage and best practices.
  • Prepare documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Provide first-line support and coordinate with IT teams for second-line support.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance
  • Perform routine health checks on applications.
  • Ensure compliance with ICT policies and security standards.
  • Maintain records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze recurring issues to suggest long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to enhance application features.
  • Participate in testing new releases, patches, and upgrades.
