Job Overview

The role involves teaching and facilitating classes at the Language Centre and across partner institutions when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and implement high-quality lesson plans, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions for IPP students preparing for IELTS and/or Linguaskills examinations.
• Deliver engaging and effective lectures, tutorials, workshops, discussions, and consultancy sessions.
• Contribute to the design and development of new academic programmes, offering ideas and recommendations to enhance the Language Centre’s operations, management, and growth.
• Supervise students and monitor their academic progress.
• Provide consistent feedback and academic counseling to support student performance.
• Participate in general academic administration of the Language Centre as needed.
• Fulfil administrative and supervisory responsibilities related to teaching and student engagement.
• Assist in the development of examination papers and other assessments aligned with course learning outcomes; invigilate exams and evaluate student performance.
• Support communication and administrative tasks in compliance with Language Centre policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., Ministry of Education).
• Participate in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days, and other promotional events.
• Undertake additional tasks and assignments as directed by Management.

Education & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in TEFL/TESL or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of English teaching experience at the tertiary level.
• Strong command of English with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
