Key Responsibilities

Data Hygiene

• Clean, validate, and normalize large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Spreadsheet & Data Management

• Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Statistical & Trend Analysis

• Interpret trends and patterns using statistical principles such as mean, median, variance, and correlation.

Problem Solving & Insights

• Detect anomalies, identify trends, and translate raw data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Data Visualization

• Develop clear and impactful dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.

Reporting & Communication

• Present complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through written reports and presentations.

Attention to Detail

• Ensure meticulous data verification and reporting to uphold data integrity across all deliverables.

Advantageous Skills

• Data Extraction: Ability to query databases using SQL and utilize data collection tools such as surveys, APIs, or web scraping.
• Analytical Tools: Experience with Python (Pandas/NumPy), R, or SPSS for advanced data analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MyRA and SETARA frameworks for ranking purposes.
