Job Overview

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations related to vendor payments, petty cash management, and treasury functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management: Review the receipt of invoices, verify details, record transactions, and track expenses.
• Voucher examination: Check all vouchers posted and ensure accuracy before directing them into the accounts payable system for approval and check signing.
• Vendor relations: Resolve payment or billing issues with vendors and operational units promptly.
• Petty cash handling: Manage petty cash reimbursements and validate the legitimacy of petty cash usage.
• Treasury & banking: Handle treasury and banking matters, including communication with banks, managing user access, and assisting in bank reconciliations.
• Additional duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the finance team.
