Job Overview

The role is responsible for delivering front-line financial services to students, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash payments over the counter.
  • Issue official receipts for all transactions.
  • Handle hostel and other student billings.
  • Process registration payment entries.
  • Manage graduation clearance procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding student financial aid and status.
  • Verify statements of account for agent and staff commissions.
  • Respond to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries related to student financial aid.
  • Follow up on overdue student payments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or recognized professional qualification in Accountancy.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience; background in customer service/helpdesk is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams and business partners.
  • Critical thinking ability and quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Customer Service expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
