Responsible for handling Student Outstanding and TCS migration
Responsibilities
- Follow up student overdue payment.
- Helpdesk Handling
- TCS Migration
- Handling graduation clearance.
- Coordination with other departments on issues related to student financial aid and status.
- Taskforce project.
- Response to walk-in, phone and email inquiries regarding student financial aid.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or have a recognized professional qualification in Accountancy.
- Having a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specializing in customer service and helpdesk is advantage.
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organization.
- Able to think critically and grasp new concepts quickly; and Experience in Account receivable.
- Flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
