Job Overview

The Lecturer will teach and guide students in areas of child development, early learning, curriculum design, and classroom management. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, supervising practicum placements, updating course materials, and preparing students for careers in early childhood education. The role also involves contributing to curriculum development, research, and partnerships with early childhood centers.

Responsibilities

· Teach courses related to child development, early childhood curriculum, play-based learning, classroom management, and special needs in early childhood.

· Supervise student practicum in preschool and early education settings.

· Foster partnerships with early childhood centers for experiential learning.

· Promote research in child development, pedagogy, and education policy.

· Stay updated on early childhood education standards, policies, and innovations.

Required Qualifications

Master’s/PhD in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field. Experience in teaching young children and/or teacher training is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

PhD in Education (Early Childhood)
