Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Executive, Business Development to support our client acquisition and revenue growth strategies. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive awareness of our solutions through various channels and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and build a pipeline of qualified business leads.
- Engage with marketing agencies, public relations firms, influencer marketing professionals, and direct brands to pitch business solutions.
- Use innovative sales and marketing approaches to promote the company’s offerings.
- Actively promote the company’s services to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the customer database.
- Foster and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and business events.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a quarterly basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Learning & Development (L&D), Human Resources (HR), or Psychology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
