Job Summary:
The Intern will support the day-to-day operations and tasks of the assigned department. This role offers practical experience and exposure to various processes, allowing the intern to gain industry knowledge, develop professional skills, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
- Support team members with research, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings or presentations.
- Participate in department meetings and take notes as required.
- Assist in the coordination of events, projects, or campaigns.
- Provide support in updating databases, systems, or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with staff to identify improvements or automation opportunities.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently when needed.
