The Senior Executive supports the International Student Office in managing, coordinating, and delivering services for international student VISA application and renewal process in a timely manner. This role involves supporting and providing welfare and compliance guidance and facilitating cross-cultural integration initiatives. The role responsibilities include the compliance of the KDN licensing and renewal of the license.

Job Responsibilities

• Application for new and renewal of International Student Visa with EMGS
• Apply and renew the dependent VISA where applicable
• Pickup Students from KLIA/ other entry points as when required
• Prepare and submit Quarterly Report to MOHE on active international students
• Maintain international students’ files and system up to date
• Work closely with Recruitment Team, Academic Team to ensure the students VISA application
• Monitor and Renew KDN License for both campuses 6 months before expiry.
• Ensure good relationship with international students and to take care their welfare and bring to management attention with proposed solution in event of any issues.
• Ensure all international students are tracked and monitored to avoid missing students

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Have the required hands on experience in international students VISA application, renewal and managing international students airport pick up.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• At least 3 year(s) of related working experience.
• Possesses initiative and the ability to think independently
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.
