BURSARY OFFICE


Job Overview:

  • To provide support and assist Bursar with regular day-to-day duties.
  • Establishing and carrying out our departmental goals, policies, and procedure.
  • Gather data for yearly budget preparation and keep track of budget utilization.
  • Take minutes for minutes, filing and follow with departments for reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendar for Bursar.
  • Receiving and updating PRP and Cash Advance requisitions from staff and updating to Finance dept for payment process.
  • Raising PAR for payment related for Bursary Office.
  • Preparing and email appointment letter to agents.
  • Assist students and parents with inquiries related to tuition payments, billing statements, and financial aid disbursements.
  • Sending University Management Meeting invitations and compiling working documents, taking minutes of the meeting, and filing the documentations.
  • Getting Bursar’s approval for any supporting documents & complies annual budget presented by staffs.
  • Compiling reports for Bursary Office from Academic and Non-Academic Departments.
  • Attend to tasks assigned by the management as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience
  • Possesses initiative and the ability to think independently
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.
