SENIOR EXECUTIVE - CENTRE FOR COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS

Job Overview:

Expected for providing efficient, high-quality coordination and documentation support to assist in the day-to-day operation of CCP team.

Job Responsibilities:

CCP Operation

• To assist in administering and monitoring all activities of CCP, ensuring that it is operating smoothly efficiently and in timely manner.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required relating to the functions and responsibilities of CCP whenever required.
• To actively communicate within team and partner institution in a cooperative and good will manner.
• Support the Manager and GCCO in ensuring effective, efficient and consistent while implementing activities with partner colleges.
• To participate in the organization development, if necessary.
• Maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with existing and potential partners.

Coordination and Support

• All correspondence and documentation of partner institution is accurate, completed and distributed as per the agreed timeframes.
• All records are effectively maintained (both hardcopy and softcopy).
• Establish and maintain an accurate and up to date database.

Quality Compliance

• Effective implementation, review and updating of the Quality Management Plan.
• Working closely with the Manager and Director in incorporating strategy and ensuring the Centre accomplishes defined objectives
• Reviewing and monitoring to the project specific process, procedures and work instructions.

Staff Development

• Makes suggestions for improvements to current ways of working. Shows a willingness to learn.
• Looks to improve efficiency and quality of service of own role/area
• Achieve all KPI’s set by the Centre annually

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative work related
• Well communication in English
• Preferably experience in education industry
