Job Purpose:
To drive local student recruitment through school engagement, education fair participation, and effective lead handling. This role also supports international enrollment activities when required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage school relationships and ensure timely outreach, updates, and visit coordination.
· Conduct student and parent consultations via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online
platforms.
· Guide students through the application and enrollment process, including documentation.
· Participate in roadshows, education fairs, school events, and campus open days.
· Track local leads, follow up on inquiries, and report on conversion and campaign
performance.
· Provide insights on student behavior, school trends, and competitive activities in assigned
regions.
· Assist in execution of outreach strategies and contribute to student enrollment growth.
· Support international student enrolment activities and the overall enrollment process.
· Support the line manager in strategy execution, data reporting, lead tracking, and other
assigned duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or sales preferred.
· Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese or other dialects an
advantage).
· Familiar with online communication platforms and CRM systems.
· Possess own transport. Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours (e.g., school events,
weekends).
· Proactive, people-oriented, and goal-driven.
