GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES - RECRUITMENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Processing:
• Process MRF (Manpower Request Form) for recruitment requisitions.
• Job Posting & Sourcing:
• Post job openings on various platforms, including BRIO, MyFutureJobs, and the UOC career page.
• Source and pre-screen candidates based on job specifications and qualifications.
• Interview Coordination:
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Reference Checking:
• Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Hiring Negotiations:
• Manage salary and joining date negotiations with candidates.
• Offer Letter Preparation:
• Prepare and issue formal offer letters to selected candidates.
• Onboarding & Documentation:
• Raise JIRA requests for new joiners to initiate onboarding processes.
• Send email hire announcements to relevant stakeholders, ID creation and access setup.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years’ Experience in the educational or university industry.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and hiring regulations.
