(AMU) COUNSELLOR - STUDENT EXPERIENCE & LEARNING SUPPORT

1. To provide professional counselling services to students and staffs of Asia Metropolitan University (AMU).

2. To provide a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment, where students can talk openly about their concerns and feelings.

3. To plan and execute academic and skills programs to students of AMU with comparative grade point average (CGPA) below than 2.00.

4. To plan and execute academic achievement programs for students of AMU so that they can achieve comparative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.00 - 4.00.

5. To enhance AMU students' professionalism and attitude alongside Disaster Relief Medicine

(DRM), Personal Professional Development (PPD), Young Mercy (YM), soft skills activities and other curriculum activities.

6. Administering personality, vocational, etc., assessments to AMU students and staffs on regular basis.

7. Providing information of vocational and career to students (career counseling).

8. Enhancing AMU's students' life skills, personal wellness, and the ability to succeed in all areas of their lives.

9. To handle and administer the Student Disciplinary Committee and related reports, session, and hearing process.

10. To assist in Student Feedback Management process as per requested.

11. To ensure student welfare and well-being are taken care where the information and communication between department and faculty are aligned.
