Job Overview

Monthly closing, full set of account, fixed assets, Bank reconciliation, audit and tax

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform fullset of accounts, and to ensure timely closing of monthly accounts; Perform journal entries and make necessary adjustments accordingly,
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenditures;
• Update, reconcile and administer the fixed assets record, and to prepare and maintain supporting schedule
• Reconcile Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset Subledgers to General Ledger
• Review, reconcile and confirm allinter-company transactions;
• Prepare and monitor balance sheet reconciliation, including preparing schedules and providing commentary;
• Prepare bank reconciliations including the matching of receipts against bank statements, Review all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and to ensure that accounting records are up to date,
• Prepare financial statements, ax returns, and other reports based on the standard accounting practices,
• Provide reports to management on the financial status of the company, including trends over time
• Involve and attend to the external and internal audit exercise and requirements;
• Attend to tax queries and submission requirements; and
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or having a recognised professional qualification in Accountancy;
2. Have a minimumn of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specializing in GL reporting and fullset of account;
3. Good interpersonal and collaborative skils to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organisation;
4. Able to think critically and grasp new concepts quickly; and
5. Flexible, organised and able to work under time constraints and deadlines
