Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI model training and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs and cloud platforms.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Document technical designs, model architectures, and deployment processes.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
- Has experience delivering AI/ML solutions from development through production deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.
