We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead and support change management initiatives across internal transformation programs and customer projects. This role is responsible for driving the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and change enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support change management activities for internal and customer-facing transformation projects.
- Develop change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication plans.
- Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments.
- Engage business leaders and facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Develop change communication materials, including presentations, emails, FAQs, and announcements.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Support training, user adoption, and change readiness initiatives.
- Monitor adoption progress, measure change effectiveness, and provide status updates.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and change interventions.
- Act as a trusted Change Management advisor to project teams and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Consulting.
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., CCMP, Prosci, ACMP) is an advantage.
- Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or system implementation projects is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset.
- Comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
