Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead documentation governance, quality assurance, and compliance for a large-scale application development project. This role is responsible for ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards, governance requirements, and stakeholder expectations while driving continuous improvement across project teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality governance for all project documentation and deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, governance processes, and quality controls.
• Review, approve, and manage document submissions to ensure compliance with project, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and assurance bodies to facilitate reviews, approvals, and document acceptance.
• Lead quality reviews, manage feedback cycles, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Monitor documentation readiness, quality metrics, project risks, and governance compliance.
• Train and coach project teams on documentation standards, governance, and quality best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions to enhance project quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in project governance, PMO, quality assurance, business analysis, documentation management, or related functions.
• Experience delivering large-scale ICT, digital transformation, system implementation, or government/regulatory projects.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, SDLC, quality assurance, risk management, and document control.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, auditors, and assurance bodies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, ITIL, or Quality Management certifications are an advantage.
