We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Kulim, Kedah. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating production equipment, supporting manufacturing processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This role requires the ability to work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment according to work instructions and SOPs.
- Perform assembly, inspection, and packaging activities as assigned.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the Supervisor or Technician.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S practices).
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support production targets while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma qualification.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good discipline, attendance record, and willingness to learn.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to communicate and understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
