With a rich background encompassing 8 years of experience in the café and food industry, you will lead the entire design process, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with Tim Hortons brand vision, brand identity, and specific design needs in work.
- Conceptualize and present innovative design ideas effectively through sketches, mood boards, and immersive 3D visualizations.
- Develop comprehensive interior design plans encompassing layout drawings, material selections, and furniture specifications.
- Foster seamless collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure flawless execution of design plans.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, cutting-edge technologies, and emerging design methodologies to continually enhance our design standards.
- Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to maintain design integrity and uphold rigorous quality control standards during the construction phase.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders, promptly addressing feedback and incorporating revisions professionally.

Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field; Master's degree is desirable.

- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
