Job Description
Manage tenancy documentation, including letters of offer, tenancy agreements, renewals, variations, and stamping compliance.
- Maintain and update the tenancy database, monitoring expiries, renewals, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor rental and utility collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and take necesssary steps to recover outstanding amounts such as reminders.
- Issue rental and utility invoices and their official receipts, and reconcile records with the Finance Department.
- Liaise with the Legal Department, solicitors, and internal stakeholders on tenancy-related matters.
- Oversee tenancy renewals, including storage tenancies, and ensure proper documentation for approvals.
- Handle tenant inquiries such as defect complaints, document requests, and related administrative matters for departmental processing.
- Prepare and submit periodic tenancy administration reports to management.
- Handle overall tenancy administration of the department, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualification :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts, Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in tenancy administration, leasing, or property management.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Words and Excel; knowledge of property management systems (e.g., MHW Road Runner) is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external parties.
