Marketing Executive

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing operations to achieve sales targets.
• Develop integrated sales and marketing plans, including A&P budget allocation and cost control.
• Monitor marketing ROI and ensure expenses remain within approved budget limits.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies to support competitive strategies.
• Coordinate with creative agencies on campaign development and production of marketing collaterals.
• Manage project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events with external vendors and organizers.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and prepare marketing and sales reports.
• Source and manage event organizers; oversee event execution and logistics.
• Source and manage suppliers to ensure timely, cost-efficient production of marketing materials.
• Monitor authority submissions and keep all administrative documentation in the proper system.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing and ad-hoc assignments by superiors.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
• Strong result-oriented mindset with high enthusiasm, initiative, and critical thinking abilities.
• Possess strong critical thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative and unconventional solutions.
• Energetic team player with a willingness to learn and support team members.
• Strong documentation skills with high accuracy and effective administrative capability.
