Job Responsibilities
- Able to brainstorm and come up with tenant mix for a project.
- Able to keep up with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
- Have their agent network, be it property agents or panel agents.
- Familiar with the relevant laws and common practices in rental and leasing industry.
- Able to perform daily operation tasks such as paperwork, formal written and oral communication, tenant relation.
- Tenant sourcing to boost occupancy or upgrade existing tenant mix.
Qualification
- At least 3 years experience in the field of rental and leasing, and property management.
- At least Diploma in real estate related syllabus such as property management, property development, and
- leasing.
