Senior Sales Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of Sales Administration & Credit Control functions, including monitoring the SPA, loan documentation, progressive billings, and collections until delivery of vacant possession and in compliance with policies related to sub-sales matters, refinancing and transfer of titles (MOT)
• To attend timely to the SPA, loan documentations to facilitate the bank loan drawdown.
• To perform Sales Administration & Credit Control functions including generate progress billing, misc. invoice, official receipt, redemption repayment timely and to ensure the progressive billing are sent out to the respective purchasers and end-financiers in a timely manner.
• To keep track and follow up progressive payment with the purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors timely to avoid any late payment.
• To ensure all documentation and data are updated according to SOP
• To ensure proper filling of purchaser’s files and timely.
• To attend to daily enquiry/walk in from the Purchaser, End-Financier and Solicitor and ensure respond to them within the timeframe.
• To prepare/update reports on the debtors on weekly basis.
• Work closely with Project Dept. in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certificate, utilities application, provide required documents for subdivision of titles.
• Work closely with Marketing Dept. for purchaser files matters as well as Account Dept. for billing and collection matters.
• Assist in marketing / sales activities such as property roadshows, exhibitions, and events as and when required.
• To undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development or equivalent field;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience property sales and administration;
• Familiar with using authority websites such as HIMS, SmartBox Selangor, PTGWPKL is an added advantage;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications due to presentation of reports are required;
• Someone who familiars in Road Runner System is preferred;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Pleasant personality and able to adapt to changes, wiling to learn and take up more challenges and responsibilities;
• Must possess valid driving licence due to travelling is required;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken of multi-languages (Chinese, English & BM). Ability to speak additional dialect such as Cantonese is an added advantage;
