Main Responsibilities: 

• Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements throughout the construction process. 
• Oversee the review and approval of design drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
• Maintain high-quality control and safety standards throughout the construction process, ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations. 
• Oversee the entire project process from initial to end of defect stages. 
• Confirm all the materials delivered to the site, along with the site documentation such as drawings, reports and correspondence, meet the approved specifications, requirements and are up-to-date. 
• Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending solutions. 
• Identify and report non-compliant, non-safe, and defective works, and recommend corrective actions. 
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth site operations and effective communication. 
• Ensure that all site documentation is accurately recorded and filed for easy retrieval. 
• Attend site meetings and participate in discussions to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and issues. 

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent. 
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Familiar with Conquas and/or Qlassic assessment certification, the methodology and job description. 
• Experienced and familiar with the latest construction methods, materials, and procedures per high-end residential/commercial development projects. 
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO requirements is an ADDED advantage. 
• Well-versed in Malaysian and local building laws, regulations, and bylaws. 
• Assertive with initiative and the ability to communicate well. 
• Independent, committed, reliable, proactive and good interpersonal skills.
