Job Overview:
Ensure timely, scalable, and brand‑accurate FOH and F&B design solutions by governing global asset standards, enabling repeatable innovation, and coordinating cross‑functional and external teams to deliver production‑ready outputs within cost and specification guardrails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide design support for FOH, F&B, restaurant layout, and concept design for IB chain and non‑standard projects, including rapid ad‑hoc concepts for regional requests and tight timelines.
- Scope and produce bespoke furniture, fixtures, and FOH solutions when justified and approved; limit customization to what aligns with brand and cost logic.
- Prepare clear design briefs and engage/managing external designers for large scopes (>5 SKUs), ensuring approved briefs, design intent, timelines, deliverables, and on‑time performance.
- Conduct upfront brand and specification research to translate strategy into controlled, repeatable design outputs that protect scalability and repeatability.
- Produce production‑ready deliverables (drawings, 3D models, CAD blocks, material boards, construction details, installation manuals, visual references) aligned to cost, margin, and specification guardrails.
- Collaborate closely and early with Technical, R&D, Procurement, PMs, Brand & Marketing to validate feasibility, manufacturability, costing, and installation requirements.
- Maintain strict version control and catalogue all approved brand assets in System X (3DS, SKP, drawings, manuals) with 100% asset completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure design quality and governance: enforce brand guidelines, perform internal reviews to prevent rework, and achieve high first‑submission approval rates.
- Monitor and control design timelines and revision cycles to meet ≥95% on‑time delivery for milestones and limit revisions per SKU.
- Drive asset hygiene and reuse: update assets after revisions, complete quarterly audits, and promote reuse of existing assets in new projects.
- Track and report KPIs for asset quality, delivery timeliness, repeatability of new designs, external designer performance, and cross‑functional satisfaction.
